The conversion of Tonedale Mill in Wellington, for Cowlin Construction. This former woollen mill was run by the Fox family from 1790 and closed in the early 1980's and was the largest woollen and worsted producer in the South West. The conversion project commenced early in 2008. Our contribution has been to liaise with English Heritage and provide an acceptable solution to the replacement and refurbishment of the timber windows, resulting in comfortable updated residential accommodation.
Working closely with local architects, we have been awarded sizeable contracts in Tetbury and Oxford - where the property is undergoing a complete refurbishment and extension using hardwood frames and windows designed to replicate the original features.
